About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

DON'T GO THERE!As we talked to the manager about our huge transaction it was bigger then the first one. She was very rude, nasty woman, abnoxious. We are military family and respect is big for us, as we repect others also. No respect for the military either in this place. I called the owner BRUCE WYATT and he was even worse stating that is how he runs his busness and yelling at me the phone. The ignorance and no customer service was deplorable then we have ever experienced. BRUCE WYATT have no common sense in how to talk to people. went to another liquor store stories about bad behavior and mistreating people is a common practice from BRUCE WYATT and management this store.Tennesse is great and this is the first time that my military family and I were treated like garbage. BRUCE WYATT makes people from Tennesse looks bad with his vast ignorance and unhospitable actions. I'm glad there are a lot of great people here and better liquor store.SHAME ON YOU BRUCE WYATT!

I recently moved to Crossville and was pleasantly surprised to find that wine was now sold here. I went to Jan's and although the selection was not overwhelming it was sufficient for my occasional desire for a bottle with a meal. The staff was friendly and helpful also. I look forward to a continued relationship with this friendly little store,

I'm not a drinker but I went into Jan's tonight to get a bottle of white wine for the holidays and my sister came in to get a Pepsi. I told her I didn't think they sold things like that and she said she couldn't find any so she walked out of the store. A guy who worked there thought she had shoplifted something because she had her hands in her pockets and accused her falsely. I spoke up and told them she was my sister and why she came in (it was the first time she had ever been there and she doesn't drink). The rest of the time that I was looking at wines two different employees kept coming out and circling me watching me like a hawk up and down like they were making sure I wasn't stealing from them. It was horrible. I don't know if it was the way I looked/dressed or if they just have a rash of people stealing from them but it's pretty horrible to treat all of your customers as if they're going to steal from you.
