I got a quote from on of the plumbers who then left the company but tried to get us to stay with him without telling us he was no longer with the company. Had I not had to call the company myself for a question, I never would have known.

Then I scheduled an appointment, which was a long way off from when I called, but I understood because with the winter storm, everyone was needing plumbers, but when we set an appointment for them to show, no one showed up. Finally, around 1pm, we get a phone call saying they will be there in the afternoon. Then we get a second phone call saying they'll be here at 5. Then another phone call saying they would be here at 6:15. Finally, the plumber shows up.

He was unable to complete the job we had gotten the quote (the quote should have been better written so others knew what to do for the job) for because he could not get the dishwasher out of where it was and he didn't want to work underneath the sink because he couldn't get behind the dishwasher to turn the wrench. He seemed unwilling to consider another option.

We then explained that we had been without hot water in the sink for all this time and we would really like hot water in the kitchen (we had been boiling water to wash dishes). He then said he could cap things off and get us hot water. While I felt it was a little pricey for what he did, he completed it quickly and got us hot water for $336 bucks.

I'm happy with the job, I wish the job could have been done in one go and that the scheduling were better. The plumber was nice and professional, and ultimately did a good job for what he did do. It wasn't really his fault as much as it was the plumber who is no longer with the company's fault for not writing the quote properly so people in the company knew what the job entailed.

I would actually use them again--I know this review sounds bad, but the work he did do was good and he was friendly and courteous. If we could schedule better, I'd definitely use them again.

After the crazy freeze that hit Texas, we needed all of our pipes in the attic repaired. They got someone out quick to give us and estimate, and a week later (due to the high demand) came out and replaced what needed to be replaced in a timely manner. These guys worked over time to get our water running again. I am so grateful to everyone, from the person we made the appointment with, to the gentleman who gave us the estimate, and to Tony, Ulises, and Jr for doing all the work. They are kind, professional, and trustworthy. They all had somehow been affected in their personal lives by the crazy weather, yet I feel like they put our needs ahead of theirs. Thank you!

Wonderful experience, the plumbers were professional, wore mask the entire time as well as shoe covers, explained what they were doing, and showed me pictures so I would understand, I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs, they were also less expensive than my last plumber, they cleaned up their mess. The technicians showed up reliably, did the work promptly, and politely communicated everything that was going on. They also left the area tidier than what I’d expected based on past experiences with other plumbers. I would definitely hire them again.

We are over the top satisfied and delighted with Pioneer and with Nick, their guy who converted our upstairs tub to all new fixtures. All told, one of the best experiences we've ever had with a company. Nick is the best, total professional, fast and friendly. Pioneer will go far with employees like Nick. 5 stars and A+++ !!!

The perfect experience! Courtney promptly answered my call for a water pressure issue. A plumber was immediately dispatched to my home. John Cantu arrived on time and within an hour has diagnosed my problem and resolved it! I will most certainly use Pioneer again for future issues and maintenance.

Punctual, professional & educational. Explained the best course of action that is needed to take place in order for them to execute the job we requested info about.
