I decided on this store for the convenience,Got the unlimited plan where you pay 180$ for 3 lines get 4th for free, and U pay upfront,got three of the lines set up right then,but the 4th line was for my Son,and he would come in the next day and set it up was the plan that was agreed upon,by the service person and myself. Well next day my son comes' home and tells' me that they have NO such plan ,I go to speak with Manager,and basically get the Tuff S#$&! response,there is no contract,and I had already paid for the month,not to mention had to buy new phones,due to us being with Verizon for 15 yr. we only had their phones, this was turning out to way more expensive than I ever planned, This store's employees could really care less about their customers,and just to be fair I have had dealings with each employee and the Manager,with each person you speak with ,you will get a different story,but the apathy remains the same.The obvious recourse would be to speak to a Supervisor, right, well they don't have their # and they never know when the will be at the store, REALLY, soooo call Cricket itself,nooooo they are quick to tell you that they can't, won't and will not,that you have to deal with the store that you got service with.! It has cost way more money,time, dignity "for the loss of my temper" than I ever care to spend again. RUDE PEOPLE.
