Ladybugs Kids Glam Spa

I was shocked at reviews on here but then I noticed so fake ones so I checked this place out. Absolutely adorable , extremely clean , nice girls and awesome services! By far the prettiest one I have been too! Google has great reviews so maybe they did some cleaning up of staff? All I know is my Party was amazing!!!!

Sooo I hired Ladybug's Kids Glam spa to come to my hotel suite fir my Daughter's 10th birthday party. It was NOT at all what I expected, 1st of all they were late. My Daughter didn't receive her bday gift bag, and they asked me if the suite had chairs available for the girls to soak in the spa tubs, but they didnt have those either. I reached out to Jessica the owner of the spa company but she never answered my message. Not good business!!!

This place is so unprofessional Jessica the owner is the Worst! I was suppose to have a hotel party 1/7/17 for my daughters 4th Birthday. First of all I was over charged she charged by 100 and the day of the party the never showed up. They didn't even call me and let me know they were running late of if anything had happened. I had to call them. When i called them they didnt answer i had to call from another # Jessica wasn't even women enough to talk to me she text me. And when I asked her to call me she said she would call tomorrow. no you need to explain why u didn't show up and yall got my money. Don't waste your money my little girl was so disappointed and upset ladybug glam spa ruined my baby birthday!

Dont waste your money!!! So unprofessional, very unhappy, when I expressed my concerns.. THEY DON'T CARE! Lesson Learned STAY AWAY

This place is horrible and will ruin your child's birthday! It was the most unprofessional place I have ever delt with.
