We were looking for houses in the Crivitz area. Our realtor had set up appointments to see several houses (we lived over an hour away from the area), in the area and one of them was being sold by this company. The realtor advised us that Black Diamond does not use a lockbox on the houses it sells and that he would need to go to their office (a half hour in the other direction) to get a key to see this property. He said that we could either follow him to the office to get the key or that we could just go wait for him at the property. We said that we would just meet him at the property and after an hour and 10 minute wait we were very surprised when he came back and told us that he was told that they would not give him the key. My husband and I were both upset about wasting our time and we went back to the office of Black Diamond to try obtain the key and see the property as we felt that it might work for us and really wanted to see the inside. We were met with rudeness and three people in that office screaming at our realtor and us and being told that the only way we would be allowed to see the property was if she showed it to us. We declined feeling very offended by the unprofessional and rude treatment of the people from Black Diamond. We continued to search for properties in the area and eventually found a place to call home but while we were searching if any of the homes were listed by Black Diamond we refused to even consider them. Something to think about for anyone selling a house in the Crivitz, Athelstane, Wausaukee area.
