        Very disappointed. Had a tractor/trailer pulled 10 feet out of median in the snow. $1430!!! Highway robbery! Will be contacting the attorney general in Illinois.

        Nothing but a bunch of lying crooks! I would push the car myself 10000 miles before calling these unprofessional, rude and lying crooks! They half assed the clean up on the street, lied about their charges and then my car wouldn't even start when I went to pick it up cause the idiots left the key in the ignition in the on position killing the battery completely! If this place has any good reviews I assure you they are from family members of their employees because this so called business is of the worst kind! Negative stars is what they get from me but of course in order to put a review on here one star is required.

        Joe's Towing has assisted me with my vehicle numerous times and every single time has been a positive experience. There estimated time for arrival is usually sooner and never later than expected. I've dealt with four or five of their workers and each one has been respectful, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this towing service company to anyone and I will continue to use them.

        Rude. Went to get car. No one there. Call them. Said be there 15 min. More like half hour. Tow truck driver gets there says I don't start till 10. Tells me off. I don't get it.
