I've used Red Carpet for years with only minor issues. This was the last straw for me. I am known as Uber Man on YouTube and I recently started buying and selling auction cars. I bring them to Red Carpet because I do not have the time to detail them myself. I took my 2012 Impala for a full detail explaining that I do not want the greasy vinyl treatment, I do want the headlights restored, and to pay close attention to the many bugs splattered all over the front. 5 hours later they call me and tell me my car is ready. Upon paying for the car, the manager of the Midwest City location leads me to the garage where my car is located. I notice the headlights are still foggy, there are still bugs splattered all over the mirrors and bumper, the wheels are not clean, the headliner still has soda splattered across it, and there is still spilled shampoo in the trunk. I ask her about these issues and she says the bugs are now a permanent part of my paint due to "acid". She told me the headlights were damaged / discolored inside the lens. She attempted to wipe off the excess grease from the vinyl treatment, then sent me on my way. I was very unhappy with the job so I began posting on social media about my issues. Red Carpet Car Wash OKC addressed me promptly. Sadly, they wanted me to bring the car to another location 20 minutes from where I live and let them spend another 5 hours doing it again. I asked for a refund and explained I would either take it to DIX Auto Detailing in Yukon, or I'd just do it myself. I was told that the owner of Red Carpet would not give me a refund because "labor was performed". I own a business as well, and informed her of this fact. I told her providing labor that results in a poor finished product is no excuse to keep my money. I further explained I wanted a refund or I would contact my bank for a charge-back, and then blast them on social media. I was ignored. I uploaded a video explaining the issues, as well as showing all the leftover bugs they polished / sealed over. I ended up spending hours redoing their work and all the bugs came off 100%. The headlights came clean as well. She lied to the wrong person. I would not recommend using Red Carpet Car Wash.
AWEFUL!!!have been ripped off by this car wash multiple times, worse managed car wash in OKC. Paid 2.00 to wash my truck and no detergent in most of the options, then paid 10.00 for the touchless car wash however after it took my money the wash was not operational. No contact number posted at the wash. Avoid at all costs!!!
They do a really good job. Not the fastest but worth the extra time. Everybody I talked to were very nice
Best new car wash around town. Hand wash and dry it, then put their special polish on it. My car is so shiny now, I can't believe it. Definitely going to start taking all my cars there.
HORRIBLE! !! I WENT THIS morning only to have my money stolen, soap out, and barely working equipment! ! This place was disgusting. Trash everywhere and a huge let down. Then searched nearly 45 min for a number. Couldn't find and another 10 online just to find this!!
I have used Red Carpet at the location by Penn Square Mall once a week, on average, since I bought my first black vehicle in 2007. After 10 years, I am finally refusing to ever use Red Carpet again. The quality of the services have consistently worsened over the last year or two. I have spoken with the management, called the management, emailed the management, and just blew off the poor quality of washes so many times that I'm convinced they do not care about a good result. I will never again use any Red Carpet.
Great service until they damage your car and refuse to cover it. I'm Uber Man on YouTube and my vlog is covering this issue that happened to me almost 2 weeks ago. My bumper was broken at Ultimate Carwash on NE 23rd St in OKC / MWC. I have been with them over a year and have three cars on a monthly membership. Take responsibility for your damages and repair my car. Next week I will be filing suit in small claims. Look me up on OSCN if you think I'm bluffing.
I paid $45 for a 'full service'. My car still had spots on the outside they said wouldn't come off (I was able to remove them with a wet sponge when I got home), the 'wipe down' of the interior was very poor. Apparently wiping out the cup holders wasn't included and the dash was greasy from whatever they used to clean it off with. Carpet vacuum apparently didn't include lifting the mats off the floor and vacuuming under them. They left fingerprints and smudges all over the interior windows in the rear of the car. In general the service was very poor and I won't be using them again.

I paid for the most expensive Car Wash thinking I was going to get a really good deal... I even added all of the upgrades... And I went through in our red Cadillac XUV with a back glass wiper on it and on the other side came out with no back glass wiper and the car was still dirty... the only number listed with Victory car wash no one ever answers and there's no voicemail... Most expensive car wash of my existence... Cadillacs are not cheap to fix especially when you're replacing a hole back glass wiper unit...
