Bought four new tires, assistant mgr Ken was excellent. Professional, very helpful and kind. Other services were found that needed repairs. Will be returning to this Crestwood location for the services that are needed because of the service provided by Ken. Outstanding young man!!!

Awesome service! Great staff! They were able to get me serviced at a late hour on Black Friday when no one else was willing to help me out.

Worst customer service I ever had in my life!!!! I was given the run around four times to receive ordered tires and still received cheaper tires. However, I paid for better tires. NTB put on my car what they wanted and not what was ordered. Never going to get tires from NTB and will not recommend anyone to NTB. The bottom line is the customer should receive what was ordered no excuses!!!!!
