Jim Meager, his son Jamie Meager, and everyone here are good honest local folks with an impeccable reputation! It’s so awesome to have this trust with such an important service. The staff is always friendly and honest, as well as, they get the job done in a timely manner.

My family like most depends on their repair shop to be trustworthy, dependable, and the best at what they do. We drop out transportation off with them expecting those three things and hoping for the price to be affordable. I like many have had my fair share of bad experiences which had mAde me a bit more Leary when putting my trust into work I don't watch get done. When my family moved here 3 years ago we were refered to Crestview tire and wheel but thought an hour drive from Navarre seemed a bit much after after a bad experience here we called to se out appointment up. That was over 2 years ago! We found a place that offered the 3 things we wanted in a repair shop with the added bonus of affordability and knowing were helping a family owned and operated business!

I had them put on new tires for my car. I have different size tires and wheels on the front and rear. They completely messed up the arrangement by putting 225, 255 on the front and another 225, 255 on the rear. How can anyone claim to be professional and do not even know how tires and wheels fit on a car? I will not recommend visiting the store and I will not visit the store after they correct the problem.

Great service!!!! I made an appointment for my wife and got great service. They were honest about the repairs needed and gave a good price. As a retired mechanic I read some of these other review and can tell people have no idea what it takes to repair vehicles there is no magic wand.

Do your homework before you go here...they sure took advantage of my fiance! When i asked them why they didn't put the tire on there that they said they were going too they said: "we don't carry that tire, she'll never know the difference."

I ve used this service for 23 years and never wasnt completely happy with their work, never....................

So those that dont come, here make it easier for me to get in and get out...............so all you sour grapes just stay away, I like having the same day service.

I'm actually quite shocked at these other reviews here so far.

As a woman, I am always concerned that car places are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Which, that could be my own stereotype, but none the less. I had popped a tire, took it to them b/c they were close & told them I needed a new tire. I waited for probably 20-30 minutes, expecting to pay over $100 for a new tire & then service. They came out, told me I didn't need a new tire and that a patch fixed the problem, they charged me $5.00. This is a MAJOR difference in many other service places that will somehow find something miraculously wrong with your car, a new problem every time.

They are also less expensive than other places. Trust is a big issue with people these days, and I am happy I have found a service place I can trust.

Very Rude and disrespectful. I was treated like dirt. I will never return to Crestview Tire & Wheel for anything.

Maintenance was done on my vehicle incorrectly and Crestview Tire & Wheel. They refused to fix their mess up. I lost money and had to take my vehicle some where else to get fixed. Because of Crestview Tire & Wheel I had to pay twice for maintenance that should have been done right the first time.

My vehicle was taken in for an alignment. The alignment was done, after picking vehicle up alignment was still off. I took the vehicle back and they swapped the tires around and said it was a tire pull and the problem was fixed and tried to charge me more. I left and the problem was the same. I asked for a print out of the alignment specifications and they refused to give them to me. They said they were not going to do anything else to my vehicle and called me an A** Hole. If you want to get quality maintenance and what you pay for done correctly DO NOT GO TO CRESTVIEW WHEEL AND TIRE. The respect that Crestview Wheel and tire have for their customers is as good as their maintenance, HORRIBLE. The one good thing about Crestview Tire and Wheel is that they are consistent, at poor maintenance and customer service.
