AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! If you're a single female, this is the last dealership you should ever visit! The first thing the sales person Rex asked me was, "Are you here to buy the car, because I'm really busy." Rex told me almost nothing about the Civic EX on my test drive, just that it was "award winning" and it wasn't even waiting almost 2 hours from the test drive to FINALLY being presented with lease figures (thank God I had a book with me!) that was the worst of my experience. They presented me with the highest numbers of any of the dealerships that had emailed me pricing, and when I told him that I was going to need better monthly payments, he came back from speaking with his managers and told me, "You need to either pick an LX, this is the best pricing you're going to get, or you just can't have the civic." Needless to say I walked out completely insulted that they wouldn't even negotiate a single dollar off the highest price. I bought the car the next day First Texas Honda for a good deal.

My husband and I had heard good thing about Five Star Auto Group from our friends, who had bought a car there just six months prior. Everything they told us came true and more. We bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty with about 80,000 miles on it in November of 2011; the only money we have had to put in…

Don Beasly sold me a great car from roger beasly and it was a great sales experience. The car that I purchased was a great used toyota and they helped me with all the details of the purchase. I felt very comfortable with Don. He is the best. thanks Don
Nice people from top to bottom and no pressure from anyone. Danny Byrd in sales is the best. Knows his stuff and is fun to work with too! I am dismayed at some of the negative comments below. That was not my experience with anyone there.
Very nice facility! Biggest I've ever been to. I've never bought a car there, so i'm not sure about the process they go through, but I have talked with a few of the sales consultants and i've had positive experiences. I would definitely buy a vehicle there if i could afford an Infiniti or if th…

Not a big fan of spending 400 and getting the wrong part inside of a package. Then be told that's not the part, it may be aftermarket. The only good thing was that gasket was 12 bucks.
The price on the website was the best within a 250 mi radius. That's what caught my eye. Also full Car Fax evaluation available on the website so I knew what I was getting before I arrived. Then a completely no pressure sales process when arriving at the dealership. Gave me the keys for a test drive and left me alone. I will look here again for my next used car purchase.
I may have torn my shorts hopping in my new truck, but Seth had my back and gave me a awesome sweatshirt with 360 Exotics on it. Had an amazing experience and the response from the dealers was quick and friendly.
Very helpful and great service .
Awesome, informative and candid .
He was a gentleman, and fair. This sales lot and the vehicles in it are the cleanest used cars I've ever witnessed! Their pride in their business, shows in their quality detailing and condition of their product. I felt content adopting my VW from here!!
BEWARE doing business with this dealership. They buy stuff from companies on credit and then don't pay their bills. It's possible this company could go out of business any day now since they can't even pay their vendors. Unless you want to buy a car from a company that is going under soon I would avoid doing business with Clay Cooley Nissan!
Wonderful expeeience with this dealership. I really hate buying a car for the most part. This time it was exciting. Our salesman Ben Beasley was very knowledgable about the options and how it all works. He found just the right car and got us a really great deal on it too. Highly rexommend this dealership and it's staff.
I purchased a truck on May 12, paying cash. Since I live in a different state, I was told they would have the title ready for me to pick up in a few days. Then another gentleman assured me it would be mailed to me at my home address. It's now June 13 and I still do not have a title and can get nothing but voice mail when I call. The truck is great; but no title sucks.
I bought a great used car here. For my son first car and great price. Willing to work with me. Now My plates are expired. Waiting on them. Waiting on Sabastian to make it happen.
