Wow. Roberts is a rare, rare find. Not only did they fix my grandmother's Singer, but put on a new belt (on the machine :0), got the musty smell out of the case, showed me what all the strange feet do that I have never understood. Amazing!

I just went in for the first time today on advice from a friend. My little Janome kept jamming and I couldn't get it stop being possessed. I needed the help of those more knowledgeable than I. They were superb! Not only did they take a look at it on the spot, they also got it running perfectly again. I will definitely be back to take a class or two. It seems like they have lots of options for many different levels and skill sets. Way to be awesome!

I work at a local wedding boutique and today we had a sewing emergency. One of our main sewing machines had a major issue and it was crucial that we had it fixed immediately. We rushed over to the store and were instantly greeted. He sat right down and began problem solving with the designer. Within 15 minutes, he had miraculously fixed the machine, explaining to us exactly what he had done (flossing a sewing machine? Who would have thought!) This wedding boutique is 100% happy with the service we have received from Roberts Sewing Machine Center! They saved the day!

Best fabric store I went to all day. They have a good selection of natural fabrics at great prices. The lady working was by far the nicest and most helpful person I met all day. It's not as large as some of the stores but it's also not filled with a ton of cheap polyesters, which made my shopping much easier.
