Great service at a great price again. Best of all, I went in thinking it was a bigger and more expensive problem than it was and Reza called me the next day to say it was more minor and cheaper than expected. This place is NOT the stereotypical mechanic shop that will find issues that are not there; they are honest people with fair prices. I always suggest Reza’s when asked if I know any good mechanics.
The service is terrible. I got passed over at the bar for 20 minutes. The beer was overpriced. The whole staff was drinking. The show I came and paid 60$ to see showed up 4 hours late. 4 HOURS of standing in a white trash mosh pit, because for comedy shows there's still basically no seating. They tried to appease the crowd by lying about when the actual show would start and sending out poor local comedians to tend to a crowd about to riot.Then, icing on the cake, when they finally ran out of the locals they were pulling from the crowd, they tried to get girls to come up to the stage to flash THEM for shots. Unprofessional. Disgusting. Sleezy. And unapologetic.
First, they made me feel like i had to leave my car there (when i was just wanting a quote) 3 weeks later they say itll be ready Friday, its not ready on Friday, then they say its ready on Monday, but its still not ready. And each time i call and ask ANYTHING about the car i get nothing but sass back from the lady on the phone. If you dont want a headache, i would stay away from this place.
Be careful with this place!! Took my car there, And he said needed transmission work for $2500.! I asked what parts he needed, He said he didnt know and they were all expensive. Then asked how much money I have!! I took it to a transmission shop and they said transmission is good! Only needed a catylic converter! Which I repaired only.
Spoke with Brian advised what was needed for our 2002 Cavalier for exhaust system - he ordered parts needed and I came in the next day at time advised and all parts were in and Alexander greeted me and then took great care of my husbands car and they explained in details what was needed to be done and showed me other concerns regarding exhaust system. Other items needed to be repaired and even though I declined at time wasn't pushy to get it fixed at that time. They also advised other things needed to be taken care of in a timely manner while inspecting car. I will definitely refer this location to our family and friends. Wanted to thank staff again for all that you did for us today.
This guy is a crook! Does not even deserve one star. Brought our car for him to fix. He overcharged for the parts and did not complete the job he said he was going to, and didn't use any of the new parts we were charged for. When asked for a receipt and about the new parts that were charged, the owner because defensive, yelled, and actually began name calling. We took our car to another mechanic, and they pointed out that he had taken a machine and cut some of the pipes on the bottom of the car to cause more problems. This is definitely a crooked mechanic!
This is a review of the Joliet Store specifically But directed at all the stores in general for the buisiness practices that i have dealt with in Joliet.First off my car is a 2010 VW Golf.It had been hit in the quarter panel and taken to Car Care in Joliet for repairs.After ten days in the shop,(i was told 7-10 days)I recieved a call from Anthony the adjuster. At this time i was told that interior panels on the car needed to be replaced because during the accident(car was backed into while parked)that the panels must have been distorted,and that the insurance was notified,parts were ordered and on the way. Ok no problem and thank you.Now on the 14th day i get a call that the car is ready and that there was an accident at the shop.Brian the manager starts to tell me that while working on another car,a technician accidentally started the back seat of my car on fire,I'm very sorry he said,"if you dont need the backseat right away,we'll install it when it comes in if you bring your car back" Again"no problem,i need the car for work,il pick it up tonight"At 10 minutes to four,I show up to pick up the car,and im told at that time that 2 guys are cleaning it and that it will be done at 4:30................ 5 o'clock rolls around and my car is out front, "why did you replace the back windows?" i asked.Was told "we didnt"Anthony said."well why aren't they tinted?""That seat didn't burn in the car did it?".Anthony said "no it didnt" A few minutes later the manager Brian said the same thing. After being asurred that the car was never on fire,low and behold when i get in the car there is significant smoke damage to the interior,and in my opinion the car is junk! Its bad enough that after a repair of 2,000 or more dollars,That it shows up on the car fax,making your car worth less money, but after a fire,its worth nothing. Thank you for reading this, ,

My car would not start; just kept going click click click. I called the shop and Bill told me it was the battery, so I jump started it and took it in. First Choice tech staff checked with a battery tester to make sure the batter really needed to be replaced. Then they got the right battery in the car right away even though the tech had to actually remove a tire to do it ( 2002 Chrysler Sebring). Great service and friendly people. I was relieved that the car did not need electrical work and that no attempt to sell extras was made. I will be back whenever I need repairs or maintenance.
i had some work done here for the first time a few weeks ago and certainly plan to make them my regular mechanics. i had no trouble getting appointment for next day and they were done in a few hours and picked up my car the same day. i had to wait 2 days to get in at the dealer who said they'd have the car ready in 2-3 days... k & d also charged me less than half of what the dealership wanted... half the wait, half the price, and a quarter of the time... really it's a no brainer. and they were really nice.
