So disappointing. I brought my van seats in for re-upholstering. When he finished, both arm rests spun around in a circle and the passenger seat would not recline. "Bring it back in a few weeks and I'll fix it." Really. Mr. Gil was able to replace a cable that allowed the passenger seat to recline and he fixed one arm rest. I asked for a third appointment to fix the arm rest on the passenger seat; "I am so busy, I don't know when I can get you in". This job started in Sept. it's now Feb. I need to find a new upholster.
