Auto Super-Service Center

I have dealt with this business for many years. What they attempted pulling today with my son, is nothing short of a scam. Yesterday I spoke with the manager regarding the purchase of a battery for $82.00 installed that I was going to pay for with my Debit Card on the phone. My son went there and Crawfordville Auto Repair and Tires tried charging him $200. They claimed the serpentine belt was bad and was going to charge $39.95, and the balance was labor to replace the belt. Advance Auto Parts in Crawfordville retails the same belt for $27.99 They did not bother getting consent or approval to replace the belt. They just went ahead and did it. They would not have dared to pull such a stunt if I was there in person. They were looking to take advantage of my son.

I've recently moved to fla. I've always worked on my own vehicles, but i became disabled and had to move to fla. for family reasons....Dan Hinchee at auto and tire was the first shop i've ever had to go to. They were courteous, down to earth, good all around people. I was always scared of shops, having owned one back in the late 80's. I know how some can be...But at Auto and Tire I received THE BEST price and work I didn't believe was out there. Thankyou Auto and Tire

Never ever go to this place. They rip you off for your money and your time. I have had to take my car elsewhere to be repaired now more than once. The first time it was for my heat and air conditioning to be repaired and I ended up having to take it to and pay the dealership, and still had to pay these people for "not fixing" my car. The second time it was for tire repairs and replacement. They didn't repair or replace the tires I asked them to. I purchased 2 new tires for the front of my vehicle. I told them to put the front tires on the rear because they still were in very good condition. The rear ones they were supposed to throw out. Instead they did not remove the rear (old damaged tires) And kept my new ones. I called them on it and they said they would have to see if they still had them. That was just out and out stealing. They finally "found" my good front tires and replaced the old damaged tires as I had asked. This cost me over $300.00 and two days of my time and a borrowed vehicle so that I could go to work. I am an elderly woman (60 years old). I need my car and I am on a very limited income as I only work part time due to a disability that I do not receive any compensation for. Watch out for people like this. I Did not recieve the service I had expected. I am not ever going back or recommending this "business" because of they tried to steal for me. This business only received one star from me because they force you to give them at least one star when they rate you. I wouldn't actually give them any stars.

I have had work done on several vehicles and have always been pleased with the service. Dan, the owner, and the entire staff have always been friendly, professional, and fair! Dan's honesty and integrity always impresses me. I would not go anywhere else.
