Before I explain what exactly happened, let me briefly explain my poor review. We decided to file a poor review because of his unwillingness to apologize for mistakes, offer a discount, or admit any wrongdoing; lateness of the order, and inaccuracy of the order. All in all, THEY ONLY GOT 2 OUT OF 9 ORDERS RIGHT.I visited Jos. A Bank to have myself, my brother and my dad measured for my sister’s wedding. The store manager measured us at the end of June. The store manager couldn’t figure out the computer system when they put in the wrong information and I had to help him even.We were ready to pick up the rental vest and pant on July 31 and the wedding was on Aug 2 on Friday but my wife called them to make sure all rental vests and pants were there. The person who answered the phone said that all the 9 sets that we ordered had arrived here and a couple of sets had already been picked up. When we arrived at the store we found out that only two of the three sets I was responsible for were ready. The dept. manager said sorry and that my missing rental will arrive on Thursday. Then it turned out that the vest for my father’s set was actually child’s size. Then I tried on my brother’s vest, because we are the same size, and it was little big. They said they would have to order another vest for my dad to arrive on Friday morning. When I was upset about the vest arriving the morning of the wedding, they said they thought the wedding was on Saturday. Even though they say the August 2 date, they ignored it and assumed the wedding was on Saturday. After that we found out another vest out of the 9 wouldn’t arrive until Friday morning as well. On Friday morning when we went to pick up my set and the replacement vests, we found they did not replace the vest and so we had to wait around an hour while the tailor altered the vests. I complained how our experience with the service had not been great so far, and there was no apology or offer of a future discount.I returned all 9 sets on Saturday evening. My wife and I decided to try to talk to the store manager again about what happened. When we brought up the issue about items not being ready until the morning of the wedding, the manager said “That’s not true” and said WE were late to pick up the items. We tried to talk to him honestly about what happened but he couldn’t even admit that it was the stores mistakes. He just continued saying we were wrong. We got fed up and decided to walk out.
