UPDATE** 11/18/17Still by far the worst! I started placing rapid pick up orders and always put my special instructions. Then started delivery. And after my delivery tonight, I am done! By the time I placed my order for ONE meal, with delivery fees and tip it cost me $16! And guess what, they still messed up my order. I nicely called spoke to a manager and asked that he pleaseee make sure his employees read the special instructions and how some people have food allergies and all he said “I’m sorry about that” and basically got hung up on! I have been a loyal consistent customer to Panera, every city I’ve lived in from east to west coast and this location is by far the worst!! Sadly, I’m done wasting my money with Panera. I can have a steak from a great restaurant for the same price I pay for my messed up order from here every single time..I really really tried, several times to give this Panera a chance but after the last few visits being awful, I won't be returning to this Panera. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location. They're so severely understaffed. During the lunch rush, 2 cashiers, 2 people making food, 4 workers just standing there. The line was almost to the door and it took 20 mins in line before I got to place my order. Then 20 mins before my food was ready. Being in the rush I was to make it back to work, 8 didn't check my food. Big mistake. My soup bowl is 1/3 full, my baguette is the smallest I've ever had, and my sandwich is missing the turkey?! Unfortunately this seems to be a reoccurring thing at this location. Do yourself a favor and just go to a restaurant and grab food, same amount of time and you won't get skimped as badly.
