This is the best PT I have eve...

This is the best PT I have ever received ! The Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I feel at home when I am doing my physical therapy, instead of feeling like just "a patient." The staff works one on one with me and demonstrates each and every exercise that I need to do. Also at Revolution, I was given a pesrsonalized plan and written instructions of what I need to do to reach my goals. I always feel very comfortable at Revolution. The staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. Every staff member I have met is very courteous, kind and respectful. Revolution appreciates me as a patient. I love the atmosphere, I don't feel as if I'm at a Dr's office, but instead as if I am "working out" with friends. Highly recommend it !!!!

This place is just awful. Walk...

This place is just awful. Walked in and immediately thought it was the filthiest most cluttered office i had ever seen. Looks like a frat house or college apartment. The head therapist was 20 minutes late, not coming to the room, but getting to the office, in the middle of the day for my appointment. The other patient i talked to said he had all out no showed him twice and that he had to see the girl therapist and that its no big deal because the head therapist is "just like that." Real professional! Then when I tried talking to him he just stared away at something and ignored me for an weird fifteen second pause then answered me like i was bothering him by asking about my program. He has an attention span of zero and does nothing to stop being rude about it. He gave me an exercise and seemed to leave the building. The staff couldnt find him anywhere i had no idea what to do with myself until he returned fifteen minutes later with car keys in hand. They play music so loud in there that when he was actually within five feet of me, but again not paying any attention, he couldnt even hear me and flat out ignored me until i touched him on the shoulder. He was rude to the whole staff too and even though i had only met the guy less than an hour before passing judgement, it was clear that hes the problem, not them. Not only do they have the loud music on, there are two tvs going with volume too. I thought that things would be better when i had the girl supervise me on my next visit but she was only slightly better. she kept walking away and hiding too. These people have no idea what customer service is. If it werent for the guy with dreadlocks they wouldnt have a single customer. He was the only personable and attentive guy in the whole mess and its clear that the therapists just push all the customers off on him. do NOT go there.
