Yum and Healthy they are. My wife and I each had a different breakfast sandwich. The bread was home-made and healthy....high fibre and low fat. The ingredients: besides scramble egg, bacon, and cheese it was loaded with vegetables of our choice. We each also had a pumpkin muffin....not like a donut or cake, but a real muffin with healthy ingredients including many nuts. They were baked so that the edges of the muffin had a toasted taste but not overly so.....enhanced the flavor of the pumpkin. It was worth the stop.
