Overall
Professionalism
Promptness

To accept and then ship a neon sign with absolutely ZERO protection is ignorant at best - and negligent at worst. I trusted this business and they let me down in multiple ways. I have tried for over ten weeks to resolve the problem cordially. After three voicemails and several emails now have gone unanswered, my response is to share my situation clearly and honestly with potential customers. If you think either customer service and/or common sense is important – AVOID The Shipping Post at all costs!!!
