Took my two kids here and I liked it. My children always have fun. I liked that they accepted the online coupons from my phone so I did't have to print them from home.
Smelled great! I always judge a place by the restrooms. These were very nice and smelled awesome. Very rare for a food establishment.
Clean, friendly, and great wings! Good variety of beer too. The fresh cotton candy is always a favorite.
The service was absolutely terrible. The workers kept ignoring customers. And wouldn't even akndoldge the guests at the front register or a the prize counter . They would stare at us , kept walking past us and not even help us. I will never return to this location again . Telling friends and family about our experience here at this location. Needs better management and team . What a shame . Very disappointed at Chuckie cheese .
Did not have a great experience here. My sister and I took the kids just for something fun to do. The token machines credit card reader was broken on all of them, so we had to stand in line at the register. The girl working the register had no idea what she was doing. This took about 20 minutes. Then we spent another combined half an hour waiting to get tickets from broken machines.
