The Service Department is excellent! I have to come from out of state because my area does not have a Mitsubishi dealer. Harry and his team have gone to great lengths to help me with my repairs. They are the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
We bought a used car here with a clean car fax. When we began having problems with the front end we found out it had previously been wrecked. I met with the owner, Lee Eikle, to discuss my concerns. We paid blue book value for an unwrecked car only to find out it was damaged AND having many issues. Mr. Eikle proceeded to tell me that they service all cars before they are sold and don't go by the car fax. I responded with, if it was serviced then you had to have known it was wrecked before you sold it because certain parts on it have younger dates than the car itself. Mr. Eikle obviously knew he was wrong because he got angry, told me to get out of his office and threatened to call the police! This man has NO people skills and I am shocked he is still in business! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I have been useing Rainbow Chrysler servie department since 2006 and have had wonderful service. I was there today, everyone was helpful and nice. I needed my car asap and they did the best they could to do.
Terrible service after the sale. They only want your money and to sell cars. Service people rude and condescending. Car never ready when promised. NEVER GO HERE
Took my Nissan to the dealership for an oil change. While they had my vehicle they had an accident damaging my vehicle. There was significant damage including rocker panel damage. This dealership is so unethical they tried to sell me a new vehicle making an aggressive profit on the situation they created. The GM Kendall is very unethical and does not appreciate a valued Nissan customer for the past 15 years. I will never purchase another Nissan due to Eddie Tourelle and their lack of ownership and caring.
I recently bought a 2015 CRV from them. A week later we took are car in to get washed. While waiting one of the service attended wrecked are week old car. They offered to fix it to the condition it was in before but failed to compensate use for the deprecation of the value of are brand new car that we BOUGHT from them. They don't care!!! Would not recommend their are plenty of other places to buy cars in the area and that's what I will do next time.
Stay away! Fraud. Takes fees for services they never do and will not refund them. Misrepresents what they sell and has been reported to better business bureau and Louisiana used motor commission. Spend 4 months trying to get the car they sold me don't make the mistake I did.
This place SUCKS!!! WILL NOT DEAL AT ALL.
I purchased my 2014 Altima S from Mark in August and have enjoyed it since. The sales process was pressure-free and all my questions were addressed. I got a great deal and look forward to using their service department for any maintenance down the road.
I bought a Jeep Wrangler from the used car lot, and the transaction went smoothly and was given a fair price for my trade in. I bought the Jeep during the winter and when I test the A/C it was blowing cold air. However, when I turned on the AC for the first time on the first warm day of the year, it blew hot air! I contacted the salesman Buddy Chachere who was not helpful and ultimately ignored my correspondence. I brought my jeep to the shop to find out it does not even have an AC! I feel cheated that this was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. I waited two weeks after Buddy neglected my correspondence to post this review.
