I am definitely not happy with the last couple trips to this establishment.This last visit pissed me off and lead me to write this review. My mother dropped her car off to get an oil change and she thought her brakes were bad. He told her that she had no brakes in the back and also told her she needed rotors and brake pads in the front and told her it would cost her $45 for the oil change which Is understandable because her car takes synthetic oil, so whatever. BUT after he told her $600!!!! For her brakes i told her to tell him she would get the brakes done when she could afford them. When she brought the car home i took it to a buddies house to do them myself. When i went to change them i became extremely pissed off. Not only were her brakes completely fine so were the rotors. There was nothing wrong with either. He 100% tried to take advantage of her. Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment, this is a WARNING to watch what you are being charged and get a second opinion. BEWARE.
I called Quality Tire after calling several places looking for a decent price on some used tires. I'm a single mom so i couldn't afford some of the outrageous prices some places wanted for used tires, and some other places were just so rude when I called that it was ridiculous. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice and even though I showed up later then he asked me too because I was running behind, he was still kind when we showed up. They got us straight, informed me of what he was doing and everything. When he was finished he pulled my van out for me and when we checked out the price was exactly what he quoted me on the phone. My van drove so much smoother and safer for my kids. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, friendly place to get some tires!!
These guys are life savers, they stayed open an hour late so I could change my alternator and get home.

Very uncomfortable interaction. Was told " You probably hit something!" "Just leave and get out of here!" I went to Quality Tires to replace two of my tires because the treading was getting bad. I wanted to wait until December before I Invested money into all new tires. Used tires were my solution. The service was fair when I went, after I got there 3 other cars came right after so I didn't get speedy service like other reviews I read. No big deal. Today is 7 days after I purchased the tires and last night the front right blew out while I was on the highway driving in the rain. I had a spare, my boyfriend went to change it and couldn't get the nut off the tire because it was TOO tight. The nuts and bolts on my back tires loosened with minimum effort but the front two would budge with extreme. We had to spend $70 for a tow trunk company to come out and get it off because we needed a heavier duty lug ranch and tool bar. Tow trunk man also struggled to get tire off, and discovered a bolt was stripped from being over tightened. Today I went back to Quality Tire, explained what happened and was informed by a man out front that they had a 30 warranty and could replace my tires that blew out. He was very friendly. Still out $70 dollars but i'll take it. After he finished, he told me to take my receipt inside and show another man to finish the process. When I went inside, a man without greeting me rambled off a price. "I'm getting a replacement." I told him. He froze, started at me angrily and yelled at the man outside, who had just put my tire on. " Why didn't you tell me this was an replacement?" Then they started arguing, while I'm standing there timid, uncomfortable, WISHING I was out of that place! "What do you want me to do?" I asked finally interrupting the heated argument. The man at the front desk threw the paper receipt and started to move away from the desk. "Do I get a receipt for this one?" I asked.He continued to walk away and yelled "you probably hit something!" "Just leave and get out of here!" WOW!!!!! He completely talked to me like I wasn't human and didn't deserve respect. He was aggressive, didn't make eye contact and honestly was too afraid to respond. I don't know if he felt like my female gender and NKU sweatshirt implied that it was okay to disrespect me without repercussions, but he did. VERY VERY uncomfortable experience. I had to go through crap because they put the nuts back on my tires too tight and he yelled at ME! I believe you should avoid this tire shop and somewhere else where there is a standard in place and procedure on how to deal with customers.Grown men, have no excuse for not checking their feelings and dealing with their anger. I shouldn't have felt his lash. Waving me away with his hand and then "yelling at me to "just leave" is disrespectful and demeaning. I love supporting local business. It hurts my feelings that there is no one above him that I can inform. He needs training in customer service before he interacts with another customer. Please don't take the risk and go here.
The folks at Madison Tire have done alot of work on my 1997 Acura.I have always been very happy with the repairs and cost of repairs.They are VERY HONEST people at Madison Tire, each and every one of them.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs an honest mechanic or in need of tires.They go above and beyond the call..:)
I went to Madison tire to get a 2 tires, they told me to either put them both on the front or both on the back, so i did and they went balled and wires started showing in less than two weeks so i called and Terri (owner) said they would replace them free of charge, they just didnt have any in and they would have some in friday, so i called friday still no tires told me to call back monday, so i did and they never answered, so i went up to the shop and the lady said she didn't have any and gave me a story of how the delivery guy stopped coming but to call back wednesday, so of course i did. Another sob story of WHY they still do not have tires and told me they would get them in the next day, so i called thursday and it just so happen they didn't get tires in. WHAT A SURPRISE After 5 days of me calling and a week of waiting, i simply asked for my money back so i could go elsewhere, she told me to call back in an hour because she was busy, when i called back Terri answered and i told him Sherri told me to call back in a hour, i heard him tell her and then all i hear is her ranting & raving in the background how i expect them to refund my money. So He asked me to re-explain everything so i did (while Sherri was still yelling and going off in the background, professional right??) and he tried to blame it on different things and said it wasn't their fault. The fact is HE specifically told me on the phone he would replace them, and SHE told me what days and it was all LIES, so i nicely asked for my money back, and that's when they got rude. He told me i needed to bring my car up so they could see it because he cant do anything over the phone. Well if he cant do anything over the phone why did he tell me he would replace tires free of charge OVER THE PHONE??These people are very unprofessional & rude, they lie about what they say they will do for you. Customer Satisfaction means nothing to them, since they got so snotty & rude about me asking for $50 dollars back then they clearly need it more than i do. I can't see their business being successful if they keep running it like this. If there was a negative 3 stars up there, i would of gave it to them, i completely agree with the other review on here... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.... i know i wont be going back to them ever again, and neither will my friends or family, nor will i refer anyone to them.
