He lost my 300 dollar boots after a week! I Came back numerous times with my ticket in hand. He comes off nice but he is one of the most unorganized business owners I have ever known. My Mom said they lost a purse of hers years ago. Cal Poly Pomona sent students out to help him organise his shop when located in Eastland Shopping Center as a grant and they gave up. I asked him if after all this time he would at least make it good and let me get a new pair of boots. He turned on me and basically said no after he tried to make me feel sorry for him that he has no car anymore. I said I trusted you and I have no boots either. He is a good shoe worker if you don't leave anything and Beware! Otherwise he screwed a long time customer and friend.
I have been using this business for several years and always received good service. However, about a year ago I took some purses to have clean/repaired, when I went to pick them up I was told by the owner that he had to find them because he had so much stuff. I never received a call and today when I went to ask about my things, I was told that he got rid of everything and that he called and no one came; which is not true. They were expensive purses including a Louis Vuitton wallet, so I leave it up to you to guess what happened to my things. I just want to make you aware of what happened to me.
Nicest guy! Very helpful, i couldnt beleive hoe good he fixed my dhoe after my dog chewed it up! Cant even tell! And so reasonable
This shoe repair location is unprofessional and has been reported to several agencies, buisness and legal. It's unfortunate that the owner feels his behavior or not returning and damaging one's items is acceptable. He yells, curses, and then locks his doors when I return with the police. As he refuses to return my items I now will be seeing him in court. Do not get work done at this establishment.
In my opinion the worst place to get any type of work done, the owner is disorganized and loses items then refuses to pay to replace them and gets argumentative and rude. I took my uniform jacket from work to have a snap replaced. When i returnrd to pick it up, a day after the promised completion date, it had been lost. I returned to retrieve the jacket several times in the next two months, and not only was the jacket never found but the owner lied about having done so only to recant when he couldn't produce the jacket. The owner then promised to pay for the replacement if he couldn't find the jacket by the next day, the next day he started asking to speak to someone at my work regarding the replacement and when told he couldn't he got argumentative and refused to pay for the jacket. In nmy opinion he should have his business license revoked and be shut down, this man shouldn't be in business. I plan to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Los Angeles County, and the City of Covina against his business license and would just like to express my opinion that everyone should avoid this business at all cost.
