Overall

I been living here now for 22 yrs , never never been late, Lately I get 2 statements showing previous balances. According to my records, I have paid Oct, on 10/1/15 Check #2061 for $154.78 and it was cashed on 10/4/15. Nov. was paid 11/1/15 for $155.67 and was cashed 11/4/15. So please check your records and make the necessary corrections. It is very embarrassing to me .

Overall

Lordon Mismanagement -- amateurs without BB Bureau accreditation. They run our HOA in Fillmore, CA. The dues went up over 40% (two times!), no kidding. Lordon, the state limit is 20%, duh. But they wouldn’t enforce their own parking, dog walking, noise, child safety and other regulations. For 6 yrs, they were collecting fees for the main gate that never closed and started charging for our dinky swimming pool a whole year before it opened. Lordon reduces HOA directors to puppets. The legal BS they spam homeowners with only talks about your duties, but never rights. Is your place alright? No worries. Lordon will find a way to make it suck. Or two. O three on a good day.
