The defacing of personal property. The onsite manager offered no apology. To make things worse. A female Hispanic co worker aided and abetted her co worker by using a very disrespectful , antagonizing stray remark. As follows: " Now you can use , hair extensions". The very nice customer was observed , sad with tears in her eyes. She appeared to just want to ask the incompetent employee a question. Then what we then observed put us in absolute shock and horror. Obviously, if all three female employees are still employed , Super Cuts , corporation condones of their actions. Note: all at will employees are required to work with best efforts. Calif. I have been getting my hair cut by the owner , Vicki, for close to ten years now. I am 27 yr old male and I have not had my hair cut by anyone else in that ten yr period. Even when I moved to sacramento I integrate a cut into my visits to SOCAL. Actually , I remember "MELDOSHAIR23", a disgruntled ex-employee whom Vicki tried to help. She ended up getting terminated because of laziness and now she is slamming this business. Don't mind it because you can see that Vicki's phone rings off the hook for repeat and long time customers like myself. Vicki is always so professional and courteous and when I saw that she had three stars its ridiculous because she really is wonderful. Kids love her and she has super fair prices. She always goes the extra mile to make me look great and that is why I ONLY go to Anna's Salon. The other chairs are super talented and charismatic as well. I hope you check it out!
