I went into this location after getting a call from Ignacio. The whole team at Covina Valley Kia was amazing. They were not only able to help me get out of a car that I disliked, but they got myself as well as my Fiancé into new cars. They have the best service around in my opinion. Friend lay and so easy to work with. They have gained a customer for life.

I had my oil changed and cabin air cleaner replaced, Wed. June 15, 2016.The service adviser was very pleasant William Enrique. With that being said the Mechanic Marin Chavez did an incomplete job.The air cleaner box was left unsecured, which I discovered when I heard a sucking of air. I had to replace and latch the air cleanertop.The cabin air filter was replaced and the items in the clove compartment( filter is located behind clove compartment ) where thrown in such a waythat door would not close correctly. Also grease smudges was ondoor, and passenger door panel.
Since 2012 I have had all my service done at the West Covina Kia 100% satisfied. Unfortunately I cannot say that any longer. I went in for an oil change, nail in my tire, test my battery and to remove the rim lock because my key to the rims was damaged. The guy at the desk told me they cannot remove the lock because they do not have a key. I didn’t tell him my key has been damaged for 2 years and when I get tire rotations at this location they always seem to have a spare key to use and charge me for the service. The second was the wash service what is minor again they said they are going to vacuum and clean my windows and they never did. The third and for me the nail in the coffin is the nail in my tire I asked them to remove. The customer support men told me no problem they will look. Got the car back and I asked he just said it had no nail, I asked you sure my car was flat when I drove in? he said no nail positive. The next morning my tire the same tire was flat again
I purchased my second vehicle in two weeks. Jaime Fraire was my sales man for our new 2016 Kia Soul. It was such a pleasure dealing with him. He took the time to show my wife and me all the vehicles we were interested in. The greatest buying experience we have ever had. I went yesterday to get my car serviced 10,000 mile service. Had an appointment @ 8.00am.. Arrived 10 minutes earlier and stood in line (because there was no where to sit) for 25 minutes. 1 person was helping someone before me. The other on the phone. No one acknowledged me or said I will be right with you. Than once I get up to the front desk the guy asked if I had a purchased a warranty. I was there for an oil change and when I purchased my car they agreed to 4 free oil changes. I tried to tell him this and he cut me off and said I pay a portion. Which I don't. Not until my car was complete and he came to me and said I don't have a warranty. I had to go pull my paperwork out of the car and show him the 4 free oil changes I have. Than his attitude changed. Was not pleased at all with this second visit here, but because I purchased the car here I have to bring it here.
The service department is very professional and friendly. When I take my two KIA's in for service they always great me with my first name. I will continue to bring my cars for service at Covina Valley KIA.
to my Glamis friends: GO ELSEWHERE.to my scooter friends: stick with Honda or Suzuki scooters!!! Kymco is a piece of crap. We have spent the last week trying to get ahold of parts for this heap of junk and everything is discontinued!!!Keep your driver's license in your pocket. Get everything in writing. Check Kelley bluebook as otherwise you will pay too much. The salesman wouldn't give me back my license, instead, he brought back his "manager" who was so unprofessional. He actually told us to purchase the bike, even though we didn't like it, and he would sell it for us and we would make a profit...really????JR said we could test ride, that is the only reason we gave him our licenses; then after he got them he said we could not test rideLearn from our mistake...what a scam

The service department at Covina Valley Kia was very courteous and professional. I took my car in for a recall part replacement. Everything went smoothly and they were finished well before the estimated time I was given. I will be back.
