I was contaminated by mold by the building I live in and have been to this walk in about 50 times in the past year, due to the recurring pneumonia and chronic sinus infections caused by the mold contaminants in my body and THANK GOD for their professionalism and courtesy and kindness and efficiency ! They get me better each time and with the severe pulmonary diagnosis from the mold it has not been easy and I have so many friends relatives and employees all who feel the same way .Also I am a patient of the LIFESAVING AND MARK OF EXCELLENCE DR ANTHONY FARINA who owns this walk in er and he literally has saved my life 3 times and I know so many others who tell the same story and thank GOD that his testing is comprehensive and thorough but if not for that I would be pushing up daisies in St Ann's cemetery . I knew a nurse who told me that when Dr. Farina was on vacation in Italy , he instructed the nurses to fax him all the charts of all the patients in all of his facilities so that he could monitor the treatment of ALL his patients from overseas,WOW WHAT DEDICATION. I SAY THANK GOD FOR THIS WALK IN AND THE WALK IN IN NORTH PROVIDENCE AND DR ANTHONY FARINA

Won't give refills on prescription and four visits in four weeks. Who do they think they are fooling? I left and get refills now and see my doctor every 3 months.

I made an appointment but needed to wait one hour without any explanation.
I asked my status few times but nobody gave me a professional support

My Primary Doctor is good. The rest of the Staff are Unprofessional, Rude, Unskilled, and care only about themselves and avoiding doing their jobs. They did not send in my prescription refills three times leaving me for days without my NEEDED medications. Criminal acts of inhumane behavior followed up with a series of pre-scripted excuses such as; We can't receive electronic faxes here so we never got the request. They would not let me go to another lab for blood work and insisted that they do it there. They make endless appointments for no good reason. In my opinion they are a MEDICAL PUPPY MILL. It's all about billing as much as they can without servicing or caring about the Patients health or well being.
After the third time of not returning the re-fill request from my Pharmacy I made the decision to find another Doctor. STAY AWAY OR PAY with your cash and health. DR.Farina should be ashamed at what he has created! Or maybe its just the way that he wants it.

I am so tired of going to the doctor finally finding one that I like inside the office and then leaving it's kind of ridiculous and when they switched everybody over and the front office my appointments get scheduled in random places my paperwork is lost now it's a little ridiculous that I'm looking for a new doctor's office after this last dr. Left everything went downhill after Amanda left

I had to take my son here because he cut his finger. They were quick about getting him in and getting him stitches, everyone was very friendly and took excellent care of him.

I went there last night despite the reviews and had a great experience. The doctor was great, the facility was clean and best part is that I was in and out in less than an hour. It actually took more time at CVS to get my prescription. I'll definitely use this urgent care center again.

My recommendation is to avoid this place. Poor service, dubious ethics and costly mistakes. They seem to be more interested in revenue generation than patient well-being.

I visited them 5 times in 5 weeks for a severe cough; after first visit I was happy with the care, but when I didn't get better I had to return. This went on for 4 more visits. The doctors didn't examine me at all, they just guessed what could be wrong and what did I end up with? A pharmacy to take home. Each visit, I got new medicine. I hate taking any medicine so this was annoying. They even sent me to Rhode Island Hospital because they said the hospital was better equipped to troubleshoot. Eventually the cough got a little better but I had developed severe pain in my ribs and chest. It turns out the 5 weeks of coughing had fractured 2 of my ribs. Thank you to the Drs who couldn't fix my cough though! All the time missed from work plus the 8 weeks on top of that to heal my ribs caused me to lose my job and my life has just gone downhill from there. Very disappointed with the urgent care; that term is false advertising.

I have been there twice and gave received excellent care. The staff was professional and caring and I was seen quickly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

worst place to ever go to...they sent the wrong code to the hospital for my blood ins could not pay because of that...lady of fatima tried to bill me 911.00...i got my first bill in sept of of june 23 2015 fatima and the urgent care clinic as been running me around in circles...

my isurance told me that fatima is trying to balance bill me and that is not legal...they also told me i should never have been involved with this...they are notifying fatima that what they are doing is not permitted and if fatima who should be resolving this as the provider should be solving the problem....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

We have been here for three days straight with No answers. My husband's blood work still hasn't come back. They sent his chart to somewhere in Providence and have No clue what's already been done. He's in severe pain and can't walk and they have done nothing. Save yourself time and just go to Kent. They have no clue here.

the doctor that i saw was good for the most part. seemed distracted and didn't know my name but atleast he was nice. the nurses are the WORST nurses i've ever come in contact with. rude, unfriendly, LOUDLY sighing whenever they would come into the room. they can't even answer the phones at opening hours. terrible.

The Greatest Family Doctor

Absolutely the best of best. Doctor is very good with his patients, tries to run a pretty good schedule. During flu season may have a little wait. Has marvelous help and plenty of it.
