We offer numerous services including immediate injury care, X-rays, urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, hearing and vision screenings. We also conduct over 4000 pre-employment physical exams, which include DOT Physicals for Illinois and Indiana companies/drivers. Our physical therapy department focuses on a hands-on approach to care. Our experienced therapists help patients get better quickly and also teach patients how to reduce the risk of re-injury.
