I specially want to comment on the Service department, from the several times that we have taken both of our cars to get serviced we have never had anything stolen and the staff has always been really friendly. On one occasion we had one of the CD players in the car break and once the replacement was done they went out of their way to carefully package the CD's that had been stuck and mail them back to us without any fees.
