Worst sales and service experience. The first salesman I had did not my phone calls or emails. The second one was nice but he promised to have the vehicle I wanted transferred over, but when I got there, the vehicle wasn't in. I called him two hours ahead and left him a message saying if the vehicle wasn't in to call me back. My wife went back on the third day because there were indentations on the rear seat and had to argue with them to get it covered. I called a couple of times to make an appointment and was unable to reach a service writer. Finally after the fourth attempt, I was able to make an appointment. When we arrived at service, we were ignored by the writers. My wife gets a call the next day saying they ordered the wrong part and they tried to charge us for a loaner. They didn't even wash my car. When they do install the part, it would probably be the last time I go there for service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I have a Civic Hybrid and this is the 6th Honda I've owned...5 of them purchased from Continental. The Hondas are impossible to beat on reliability and durability but what keeps me going back to this dealer is the outstanding service they provide. Rarely do I need anything beyond routine maintainence. I am treated like a valued customer, get prompt attention, an understandable explanation of what my car needs, how long it will take and what it will cost. These folks have the patience of saints. I am not mechanically inclined and they answer questions and provide explanations and information in a way even I can understand. On several occasions they have been able to trouble shoot for me over the phone and save me lots of anxiety and unnecessary costs----most recently helping me when I locked my keys in the car!!! I can't say enough positive about them. They have my business for life!
