Overall
Atmosphere
Food
Service

Clearly this place is under new management. Visited Thom's again for the first time after about 2yrs. Ordered turkey tips got home they had given us an extra order instead of fries as we ordered, well needless to say it wasn't a bonus, the tips looked and tasted like dog scraps in watered down mild sauce! So the 2nd order went into the garbage with the first.

Overall
Poor Operations

Unfortunately, the food is good. The turkey legs and burger are to die for but don't order them or anything else on the menu unless you want to wait an hour. On top of that, don't wear a nice suit or get your hair done because the venilation in there is poor. You'll come out smelling like you went to a bar-b-que in the forest preserves. The staff, although very nice, is unorganized from the cash register to the food preparers. The only one that seems to know what he/she is doing is the cook. This ma and pa joint won't be around unless they improve their operations and wait times.
