Stat Auto & Towing

This is one of the worst shop ever, at top of taking advantage of people by charging people exorbitant prices and giving inaccurate diagnostics; they are also really racial prejudice to the point that the Manager Mark is not even willing to talk to black peoples whenever he have the chance to. Never rely on a diagnostic that they will give you because it's a way for them to take your vehicle apart only to come back with another pricy quote and to charge you YESSS charge you to put it back together in the case that you decide to not get the vehicle fix by them. Their all goals are to abuse and take the most out of hard working peoples. Wowwww if you want your car destroy then let them tow it !!!! Their drivers don't have any consideration, don't mind speeding, care less about hitting bumps or potholes with your car hooked and are totally inexperienced on how to properly tow. They are also totally inexperienced about fixing cars so I advised a professional mechanic shop if you want the job done properly.

Bottom line I won't recommend this place to no one who is Looking for a professional, experienced, friendly, concerned and ethical business

I was on my way home from work when my car stalled. I was super upset i didn't really know what i should do. I called Stat Towing and the gentlemen on the phone was so helpful. He arrived on scene and answered all my questions. He towed it back to stat and i got the repair work done at their shop. between the tow and the mechanical repair it was less expensive then i imagined. Even though my car stalling on me was a terrible experience i was very satisfied with their work and mannerism .
