I don't think this place deserves any stars. I went there to buy Redken shampoo after hours. The lady there was nice enough to let me in even though she was closed...I quickly went through with my purchase. About 10 minutes later, I decided to ask her if I could exchange it for the bigger bottle of the Redken shampoo. This stylists name was Stacey. She gave me the WORST attitude. I even said thank you to her several times and kept my respect and told her sorry for causing any trouble, when in fact I AM the customer. I can say whatever I want to her, but I didn't...but she was still so rude she didn't even say anything to me after I said thank you. She wasn't smiling either and had attitude written all over her face. That was the FIRST and LAST time I will ever buy anything from there!



I decided to return their crummy products the next day, because I found a better shampoo somewhere else. The bottle looked so used before I purchased them anyway...it also looked like they had been opened before! Most of their products looked like that. Also, I was asked why I was returning the product...that is none of their business. They were so unprofessional and rude! The lady who took the products even opened and sniffed them...I don't understand that...they already looked used before I purchased them.



I caution anyone from going to these rude people. GOOD LUCK ALL!

It is dirty and nasty. They don't take care of anyting that they have. They don't do a good job of cleaning up their restrooms. It is always uncomfortable. They ususally have only 2-3 check-out lines open because the workers are always on break outside instead of working the registers. You always have to wait in line for at least 20-30 minutes. People are always fighting, both in the parking lot and in the store. Also, Walmart in CCH is always out of stuff we need because they wait until 2 or 3 o' clock in the a.m. to restock the shelves. My family and I always go across town to K-mart in Tinley Park because it is a much more peaceful environment. It's never cluttered, dirty, or loud. And, it is always clean! It's hard to believe that Super K-Mart is an older store than Super Walmart because Super Walmart has already gone downhill and Kmart has gotten better by the years. Go to Wal-Mart in CCH, then go to K-mart in Tinley Pk. and you'll see the difference!
