SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! BEWARE OF JOHNNY!I will never be back here. I had to call the corporate office!I got what was supposed to be French tips done. JOHNNY, the manager, did my nails. It was sloppy, and the white tips were at least 50% of the nail. On some nails the white tip was about 75%! I wish I could show you a picture. After hesitantly paying, I came back forty minutes later to have him fix them. I posted them on Facebook and 100% of girls agreed that it was unprofessional and unfinished, so that's what convinced me I needed to come back asap. I waited an hour for Johnny to finish up with a client. He didn't think anything was wrong with them and proceeded to tell me how he's been doing nails for 13 years and I'm a newbie so I have no right to complain. I told him that's precisely why I got a second opinion on the internet. He was offended that I posted pictures, even though I never mentioned which place I went to. He started yelling and cursing me out, telling me he doesn't give a damn about me and I mean nothing, and said he refused to give me back my money or fix my nails. The corporate office was on my side. I sent proof of the nails and they said they would call me back to update me on how they plan to take care of this. I've never experienced such a horrible service and customer service from any business I've ever been to.
Worst experience ever on top of the fact that she was super rude. I went in with gel nails and she tried to tear It Off like it was acrylic and when I made a comment she got really rude and I ended up leaving because she was unwilling to do it correctly. On top of all that she wanted to charge me $30 for a manicure and polish! Don't waste your time.
If you don't mind having an unrelaxing, frantic, rushed, disorganized experince you might be satisfied with Cindy's Nails. Sadly there are not many options in Cottonwood, so I've gone here for 10 months, but I've had enough. They charge $25.00 for a gel manicure and $35.00 for a gel pedicure. It takes them an hour, sometimes less, so the massage is more like a quick rubbing of lotion on my legs. I've paid $60.00 plus tip for an hour of service for too long. My nails look fine, but not great. If I am lucky the nails last two weeks. Pedicures last longer. In most cities this would be called an express mani/pedi and you would pay a discounted rate, which would make me feel better about the unsatisfactory service, wait time, inability to communicate, and lack of a massage. It is my own lack of time and effort that has kept me from finding some place better, but recently she was rude and unkind to my mentally disabled friend. He had seen a podiatrist who asked him only to have his nails trimmed and treated in his office, for obvious reasons. When he gave Cindy the news that he could only get manicures and not pedicures at her salon from now on, she became agitated and told him she didn't want him for a customer anymore. I would rather go without nails then give her another dime.
My nails look great! I had friendly thorough service and I was charged the quoted price.
I'd recommend Cindy's to anyone! They are very friendly and she is fast for those who can't take alot of time out from their day. The quality of her work is the best I've seen in the area!Thank you Cindy!!
CIndy does a great job on my nails. RIght now she is offering a grand opening discount. She is my Cottonwood manicurist.
