        Our park consists of 58 full hookup sites of all different sizes. There are back in or pull through sites available. Most of our sites have large shade trees to help you stay cool during the warm summer months. There are also eight Tiny Homes nestled along the Verde River near the back of the park. These homes are fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can relax out on your patio with your very own fire pit, grill and picnic table and watch the river roll by. All spaces and Tiny Homes are available for nightly, weekly and short term monthly stays. We also welcome groups and retreats! Amenities at the park include a laundry facility, restrooms and showers, a gazebo with a grill and picnic table, a beautiful meditation area next to the river and hiking trails.         great place to stay for the we...

        great place to stay for the weekend while we explored Sedona. Nice level spot with a view of the river. the showers were hot and the restrooms were clean. it is an older park so it has its quirks but over all once you get there it's nice and quiet... we will return

        The lady in the front office s...

        The lady in the front office stayed on the phone for over 14 minutes never once said "I'll be right with you" or even looked at me. I casually walked out and checked out the property and stopped back in. She was still on the phone, I waited a couple of minutes and left. That WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I showered and wore decent camping clothes too!
