Well as I was surfing the web for temporary work for my nephew.It appears this establishment ,appears to be ok for part time work .However as a student of law and psychology.It does appear if there might be some employees that display the following symptoms they could have: L.T.B.D.S also refereed to some in the field of psychology as: Long term baby diaper syndrom.Or : C.P.P.P.R.S. also may refereed to by some as: Catholic priest private prayer room syndrom. Its a very new psychosis or phenomenon.The symptoms can very.Some times patiens will just yell very loud in front of stores or on a city street.They might be appear to be yelling out names,arguing .Or even using profanity.Some times they might be observed laying in front of county or city buildings.Some times they lay on a bench in front of library.The reason ,it is beieved in the medical community is: They are starving for attention.Apparently these patients did not obtain the love and attention as a child. So it would appear they could be venting their emotional crys for help. I encourage the public to call an ambulance or the police if they see patients be having in this manner.Its also acts against public policy.Calif Penal Code: 415.1,2,3. Loud and boisterious.Calif Penal Code:404.6 Inciting a riot.Also disturbing the peace.Calif Penal Code:647 .Plus standing for no justifiable reason yelling is loitering.Also; Justia-Criminal law:Section:2682.Is also another statute that coincides with ; Inciting a riot.Their acts againgst public policy ,tend to have the domino efect.They are a danger to them selves and other.Their behavior has been know to be contagious in some cases.Primarily in the presence of small children.They need to be given medical treatment as soon as possible. Perhaps a suitable safe padded room. Also closely examind by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. Some might consider: Ritalin or prozac. I hope if their any employees suffering from this condition that they can get the nurting and care these patients so deserve. I would hope that any manager of Labor Ready sees any of the symptoms described could sent their employees to their local health provider.To insure its now ok for them to work. From what I have read; Labor Ready wants their employees to work honestly and safely at all times. Extra care for their employees can't be of any harm. This sounds like a great establishment to work for ,on a part time basis.
