Took my car for an oil change, had an appointment on the 2nd which was the long weekend never got a call back when I called back which was around 12noon the service center was closed. Talk to the manager in the sales department he transferred me to a manager they can approve a loaner car until Tuesday left Kang a message on voicemail didn't get a call back called the sales manager never pickup my calls went to the receptionist and the keep transferring me to other voicemails then I called on Sunday the sales manager transferred me to Anthony manager that can get access to my car left message never got a call back. I had to find a ride to work on Monday and missed half of day of work on Tuesday to pick up my car the guy that help me was Jim Olson had said that he called me twice about my car but realized he miss dialed my number never attempted to check the paper work or there system to verify the number I was supposed to get a call back from management but never did.
My ex my experience was awesome! Cruz,Jonathan,Lisa,Maria and all others always make my visit a great visit. The atmosphere is comfortable. I love the new building. I got only the best and that is awesome! I have purchased two cars from this dealership and they have both been wonderful. I paid a fair price and the transactions were handled professionally. Both were used cars and I've never had a problem with either of them. I didn't experience any of the issues the other tipsters did. Personally, I give them a thumbs up!!
I bought a used TL and even though I hate to go to any dealership for service (unless Absolutely Have To) took my car to South Coast Acura. My car being slightly modified usually gets a negative reaction from service, Not Here! These guys treated my car just as I do. Matt Moloci greated me with a smile and hand shake before asking about the mods and anything his techs should know about prior to service. I recommend South Coast Acura and neighboring Subaru locations to people within local access. When I refered friends to purchase new and used vehicles, Matt was quick to give my referals a deal they couldn't beat Anywhere. This place values customer service with customer appreciation. I consider this location and it's staff as my friends. Go talk to them and see for yourself.
