Well as I was surfing the web ...

Well as I was surfing the web for temporary work for my nephew.It appears this establishment ,appears to be ok for part time work .However as a student of law and psychology.It does appear if there might be some employees that display the following symptoms they could have: L.T.B.D.S also refereed to some in the field of psychology as: Long term baby diaper syndrom.Or : C.P.P.P.R.S. also may refereed to by some as: Catholic priest private prayer room syndrom. Its a very new psychosis or phenomenon.The symptoms can very.Some times patiens will just yell very loud in front of stores or on a city street.They might be appear to be yelling out names,arguing .Or even using profanity.Some times they might be observed laying in front of county or city buildings.Some times they lay on a bench in front of library.The reason ,it is beieved in the medical community is: They are starving for attention.Apparently these patients did not obtain the love and attention as a child. So it would appear they could be venting their emotional crys for help. I encourage the public to call an ambulance or the police if they see patients be having in this manner.Its also acts against public policy.Calif Penal Code: 415.1,2,3. Loud and boisterious.Calif Penal Code:404.6 Inciting a riot.Also disturbing the peace.Calif Penal Code:647 .Plus standing for no justifiable reason yelling is loitering.Also; Justia-Criminal law:Section:2682.Is also another statute that coincides with ; Inciting a riot.Their acts againgst public policy ,tend to have the domino efect.They are a danger to them selves and other.Their behavior has been know to be contagious in some cases.Primarily in the presence of small children.They need to be given medical treatment as soon as possible. Perhaps a suitable safe padded room. Also closely examind by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. Some might consider: Ritalin or prozac. I hope if their any employees suffering from this condition that they can get the nurting and care these patients so deserve. I would hope that any manager of Labor Ready sees any of the symptoms described could sent their employees to their local health provider.To insure its now ok for them to work. From what I have read; Labor Ready wants their employees to work honestly and safely at all times. Extra care for their employees can't be of any harm. This sounds like a great establishment to work for ,on a part time basis.

This is a great establishment....

This is a great establishment. However;Some of the employees are allowed to use speech contrary to public policy.Like this male white adult: James.First it appeared he was striving to instigate provocation in the waiting lobby.Some one was sitting on a chair.When he was aware it was in use. The American veteran just walked away.Striving to keep the peace.Then the second incident appeared to sound like a terrorist threat.When James told my friend;"Its going to get rough for you." Since then his possible friend another male white adult that gos by the names: John or Lee has been yelling out the American veterans name. Recently at the Light House Ministries,also the corner of 19th and Harbor. Lee or John posibly could have recruited : Jose. It appears Jose is a male Hispanic adult. It appears he might be living at; Bethel Towers. Its the observation of some its a retirement living home. So if he works for Labor Ready,the question is how is it he is going to the Bethal Towers? Is he a long term guest.How is that presenting a safe environment for those following the rules? Yet it appears when my friend walks by Jose at the SOS soup kitchen .For hazzing he likes yelling my friend's name. All that matters is the motive and intent. Those waiting in the lobby are ex drug addicts and ex convicts.Some are displaced construction workers. Missery does need company.Some are plaine clothes cops.Others are police informants.Its not hard to match the dots.Just see who gets sent out to jobs all the time.Based on observation. Its obvious we have those starving for attention. They could be suffering from a phychosis called: Long term baby diaper syndrome.This is the result of the maid living a child in a diaper for possibly a very long time. The other phenomena could be ;Extented Catholic priest syndrome. The characteristics are very loud mouth people, instigators ,slanderers, talk about every one but them selves,don't shave, smell very bad, have police records for drinking or drugs. They could use the drugs and alcohol to block the memoires of being with a Catholic priest too long in the private prayer room. Or possibly too long in a diaper as the Latina maid was too buisy on the cell phone also possibly watching soap operas ,in Spanish. My I ask the Christian community to join me in prayer.There is hope in God's word. Other then different personalities at Labor Ready.Its a great part time employment establishment.

TODAY IS AUGUST 30,2011.I DO NOT RECALL GETTING ONE JOB THIS MONTH FROM LABOR READY COSTA MESA.ME ME IS VERY CONCIETED.SHE WILL USUALLY GIVE AFRICAN AMERICAN JOBS.SHE APPEARS LOVES USING THE RACE CARD. WILLIAM TELL ,LOVES BACKING UP HIS AFRICAN AMERICAN SISTER.FAT CATHY COMPLIES ALL SHE IS TOLD TO .SHE FITS RIGHT IN.NO WORK THIS MONTH. SHAWNA BACKED UP SUSAN'S RIGHT UPS BASED ON A LIE.BECAUSE SUSAN WAS PROMOTED TO WORK AT COORPORATE.

Well its been a entire week si...

Well its been a entire week since I have had the opportunity to gey any work.It appears the manager is very biased. He prefers to send out ,ex fellons,former drug addicts.Some still on parole. Most live in sober living homes. I do not honesly believe it takes a masters degree to move furniture, dig holes, break concrete using a jack hammer.Yet Silent Whisper is a joke. Here I am an American veteran also served in two campaigns .Desert Shield and Somolia ,Opperation Restore Hope.Yet its going on two weeks. No work ,except for the temps that have felonies,did time in prison.Every one should get drug tested before they are sent out to a job. I usualy am here at 5:00 A.M. The ex convicts get more general work then I do. As more times then one times then I can count. If you : Sir William Tell . All I want is some honest work. Then we need to relocate Manager is Tell. Plus his two working girls ( Me ,Me ) She and Cathy. Corporate is ok with this.

Well so much for being an Equal Opportunity employer.Will is the manager. He knows I complain about him.So rather then have obeast Cathy give me any work .He shows preferantial work preferance to ex drug addicts ex fellons. Not that I am better or perfect .But I am an honorably discharged veteran. Today one of the cronies or lap dogs he has been hooking up with lots of work ,sat over my personal belongings and positioned his fists in a fighting position.Should be on camera.Why because the only people that don't complain are the ones Will and obeast Cathy hooks up with work. Primarly ex convicts striving to get some money for the day. He appears to love catering to those of African American . Then the rest.His actions appear to be biased but TRUE BLUE does not care.I will contact the American Legion. Me Me is the same way.Today is Aug. 9,2011,Tuesday.I was the first in line.Some pretended like the job was a repeat but it was admitted by one he just received the work ticket. Headquarters is allowing this. Today the black ex convict forgot I gave him a ride to a job.Also got him some work. Yet it appears he would instigate a fight.Then the fall guy would be me. Will appears to love showing selective enforcement.He allowed Me Me to give a ticket late.She has lips so big the could be used as spare tires for a Mack truck. Or used to unplug a toilet. Yet she thinks she is glamorous. She was probably hypnotized into thinking she is very prety.Not in my book. It does not bother me if she wants to believe a lie. Today some came in late. About 8:00 A.M. Then the lame duck had obeast Cathy give the late commers a job. To unload a truck in Fountain Valley.The other ones manager :Will Tell hooks up with work are :His company informants.They will do anything to get close.The headquaters don't care. Who else can I report his actions to???????

Well if I was to tell my frien...

Well if I was to tell my friend about this place .I would let him know that Will dances with his hand on his hip and appears to shake his booty in front of Cathy on occassion.This appears to be very unprofessional.It appears to excite an turn her on.She giggles.In approval.Today she closed the office at 9:13 A.M.,to be re-opened at 1:00 P.M.The only two in the office were Cathy and Will. She claimed it was for training.The facts are,she needs to stay open to honor the posted sign. She is only allowed two ten minute breaks and a thirty.When is she as office staff above the Labor Code? I would let my friend know about Cathy and Me Me. If they don't like you they will pass you up like you don't exist.The excuse will be the people they gave jobs to were repeats. This is with permission of Will the manager. Also my friend was late because of Me Me.She offered him a job.She was aware the job started at 9:15 A.M. but gave him his map and ticket at 8:45 A.M. The job site was 18 miles away.Her actions show it was deliberate and intentional to attack the credibility of my friend. He waited and waited .She took her time giving him his ticket.This happen twice with my friend. Prior with Cathy or Me Me. To another work site in Irvine .To work at Google.His ticket was given late.This is called : Constructive Discharge,Calif Labor Code:2922. Retaliation.Calif Labor Code:6310.Plus harassment .Calif Gov.Code:12900.They will deny this.However;Thats why Calif Evidence Codes:801.70 and Section:795 exist.With cameras ,a volunteer press conference and You Tube. They will decline comment.Because its true. The office staff is allowed to pass people over because of an arrogant manager. That does nothing but twiddle his thumbs in the back office. He knows this is hazzing.But True Blue or Silent Whisper condones of his actions. Also his phone should be wired by the F.B.I. to see if he is giving bad refference checks about any Labor Ready temp employee.Or Bad Refference Checks Diamond Bar Calif,should be contacted. I would tell my friend ,Cathy will give you the wrong directions on purpose to cause you to be late. Or both Cathy and Me Me will provide you the work order late.So that you will be late to a place you never been. Will allows this.He thinks God died and put him in charge.His acts are against public policy.He just has'nt been sued yet. Its sad he does not treat all equal with out bipartisanship.Or selective enforcement.Yet God in Heaven knows about : Cathy,Me Me and Will .So does the Christian Coalition. I would tell my friend the truth. The only ones that get jobs in the night or on week ends are the ones Will approves of.This is discrimination in the distribution of the work force.My friend has indicated Will has allowed temps to go on jobs .That appear intoxicated.With out a drug test ?Labor Ready Corporate .Condone.
