I purchased my 2016 Chevy Colorado from Connell Chevrolet in December and the entire process was great start to finish. I feel like I got a fair price for my trade in and a fair price on the new truck. Matt Tupa was my salesman and at no time was it "high pressure". Thanks Connell Chevrolet, I will comment on the service side when I get to that point.
I have been buying my autos and trucks from Connell Chevy for a long time. I believe about 6 vehicles now Surburbans, Trucks and now a Malibu Eco for my wife. I keep going back for so many reasons I can not put them all in a review. I can say from my personal opinion Connell has always be professional and courteous in all my purchases and services from them. The service department/staff are AWESOME.

I went in looking in to trade my Focus for a Cruze, and when it seemed I wasn't going to be able to get it, Connell Chevrolet and their great team of salesmen made it happen. I walked out with the car I've always wanted and I've had it for almost a month I couldn't be happier I love this car and I'm thankful for everyone at the dealership who helped me get this car. Paul Thurman and Tim Doddridge were very helpful and made sure I walked out with my Cruze

Service department was wonderful. Greeting was friendly yet professional . Diagnostic service was perfect and exhibited expansive knowledge of my Corvette. They arranged for a fine rental car quickly and at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the extensive service required was done expeditiously and completely with the car returned washed and ready to go.
All of the service staff was friendly and helpful. In summary, a very unique experience from other dealer service in SoCal.
This dealer has an AWFUL service department. Our service writer was rude and wanted nothing to do with our issues. We purchased a used vehicle here 2 weeks ago and by law you have 2 days to return the vehicle if you decide not to keep it or if there are any problems. We returned the next day with our list of problems, items that SHOULD have been checked before selling the vehicle (3rd brake light was out, the CD changer did not work, the AC in the back only blew heat, the navigation didn't work because the CD was missing, the list goes on). I realize this is a USED vehicle and not going to be in new condition, but the dealer told us if we returned the vehicle, they wanted a chance to make it RIGHT. There was also a noise coming from the transfer case of the truck, The mechanics and service writer told us that the noise could NOT be duplicated. The noise was still there when we got the vehicle back and we had to have TWO mechanics drive with us and all of a sudden they could now hear the noise. Then we had an alarm installed. They completely botched that up and just hacked up the wires under the dashboard. They also caused a few fuses to blow which my husband had to replace. A friend of ours also borught his truck here for a routine oil change and that wasn't even done properly. I will NOT return to this dealer for service of any kind or to purchase anohter vehicle.
