First off wow. The property manager? worker? Beverly "Bevmo" is on drugs or drunk at all times it seems like. Shes never at her management office. She only has to be there 3 days of the week for 4 hours and shes still not there. Contacting her is impossible and she thinks aliens are attacking. What a great start right? The year that I was living on Santa Ana Ave. I've seen roaches absolutely everywhere, our place was infested by fleas because of all the stray cats everywhere, neighbors were stabbed and thrown out of their window yelling for help. People broke into our neighbors house with guns. Cops are on our street every day it seemed like. All this in Costa Mesa, CA? That cant be? oh yes it can apparently. I did not feel safe here at all. The walls were cracked because of the such horrible buildings. They just painted over everything so you dont see anything. The list goes on. This is probably 1/10th of the crap I dealt with here. And after that all this, they still decide to take my deposit money and charge me more. HAHA good luck on that one.
