Took my car for an oil change, had an appointment on the 2nd which was the long weekend never got a call back when I called back which was around 12noon the service center was closed. Talk to the manager in the sales department he transferred me to a manager they can approve a loaner car until Tuesday left Kang a message on voicemail didn't get a call back called the sales manager never pickup my calls went to the receptionist and the keep transferring me to other voicemails then I called on Sunday the sales manager transferred me to Anthony manager that can get access to my car left message never got a call back. I had to find a ride to work on Monday and missed half of day of work on Tuesday to pick up my car the guy that help me was Jim Olson had said that he called me twice about my car but realized he miss dialed my number never attempted to check the paper work or there system to verify the number I was supposed to get a call back from management but never did.
My ex my experience was awesome! Cruz,Jonathan,Lisa,Maria and all others always make my visit a great visit. The atmosphere is comfortable. I love the new building. I got only the best and that is awesome! I have always been hesitant in going to the little used car lots that are normally found in the industrial areas of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, etc. A couple of weeks ago my wife found a Honda Element on CarGur.com for sale at USA Motors in Costa Mesa (one of those lots). The car fit our needs and was priced right. It was a high-mileage vehicle so we weren’t expecting perfection just something dependable to use as a second car. The car looked good and seemed to drive well, but it had a lot of miles and I was concerned I might be missing something. We purchased the car “AS IS.” While signing the documents I expressed my concerns to Chris (salesman/part owner of the lot). He stated if we took the car to our mechanic and he found anything drastically wrong he (Chris) would work with us. We SHOOK HANDS on the deal. Well, our mechanic found a couple of issues that needed immediate attention. We contacted Chris and true to his word he worked with us fulfilling a promise he made on a HAND SHAKE. We negotiated a resolution that was satisfactory to BOTH of us. USA motors already had our money and were in no way obligated to help us, but they did anyway. We would recommend this dealership to any of our friends.
I had went in to look at an H2 I had been looking since May while I was working in North Dakota. Met Bobby V the first day and we took the car on a test drive and got back and I said lets talk turkey. Bobbby V worked all of the banks and credit unions to get me the very best interst rate and payment. After we closed the deal on 24th He then called me on the 25th that he had another deal with warranty that I could not refuse on an 2005 with 24 month or 24000 miles which comes first and the with deductable that I can live with. And I did not spend all day there I was in and out in about 2hours and went back today to up date my contract I was in and out in less than an 1 hour So yes I would recommend dealing with Bobby V.
