The one redeeming factor of my experience with this company is our driver, José, who was very nice. Oh, he showed up early as well and helped take group pictures. Had it not been for him, this company would get a zero star if that was an option on the rating scale. I am kicking myself for not reading the Yelp reviews before booking this rotten company for what was intended to be a fun adventure for 25 middle-aged women celebrating a bachelorette party. THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF THE CHARTS HORRID! Our limo bus showed up without a bathroom which was supposed to be part of the deal. In the beginning of our talks with them, I know the bathroom was included. It never occurred to me to check the final contract because there were at least four revisions to it during the booking process. Indeed, I take responsibility for that oversight. However, they should have pointed out that the bathroom was no longer one of the things that we were going to have as a perk. My feeling is that they were counting on us just glossing over that omission, which is exactly what happened. Additionally, the bus which was sent for us was not a bus intended for 30 adult-sized people. Perhaps 30 children could have fit comfortably, but it was so crowded that having the two dance poles was a ridiculously terrible waste of space because no one had enough room to stand and use them. While our guests waited patiently for the bus to depart, I stepped off for a 15 minute spat with the woman who was "on the clock" answering incoming calls that night. I explained the problems to her and told her that we wanted a discount because of the size of the bus and the absence of the bathroom. We went back and forth and I will not bore you with those details, but she was so uncaring and uninterested in making this a better experience for us, I was literally nauseous and shaking when we hung up. It wrecked my night. The four hostesses of the bachelorette party have left countless messages which have gone ignored and unanswered. I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but in the meantime, save your sanity and your money and go to a company that really wants your business.

I RENTED THIS LIMO FROM OCTAVIO (the owner) TWO WEEKS AGO FOR MY DAUGHTERS 18TH BIRTHDAY, TO TAKE THEM TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY, A FEW OF THEM LEFT THEIR PURSES IN THE LIMO, (wich I know they should off) BUT THEY FELT IT WOULD BE SAFE AND WHEN THEY GOT BACK, ONE HAD MONEY STOLEN FROM HER WALLET AND THE OTHER ONE'S PHONE WAS MISSING... I TRIED TO CALL HIM TO COMPLAINT , AND ALL THE OWNER (OCTAVIO) ALL OF A SUDDEN DIDNT KNOW WHO WE WERE AND MADE IT SEEM LIKE I HAD THE WRONG COMPANY, DID WAS HANG UP AND WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE....
