        Overall

        Our daughter was charged $60 multiple times for "checking the gas lines for leaks", yet they were not credited when they realized (ON THEIR OWN) that the lines were indeed leaking. The gauge showed that over 100 gallons were used in 15 days with 40 degree weather. The person my husband talked to said he would only credit them $20-30 dollars then hung up on him when my husband stated that amount wasn't even close!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKED!!!



        Quit ripping off your customers and charging them for something you are obviously NOT doing and will not stand behind!
