Hi I had an hair appointment at this salon, and my husband came long for the ride. Well before that we were greeted by this Hispanic receptionist and I noticed the whole time there , she never took her eyes off my husband. During my haircoloring she was smiling, staring at him very hard, and never stopped conversation with him. She looked at my way fast to see if I was catching on to this and I sure did. But she continuing smiling, and staring at him. That is so unprofessional like in a business especially at a salon. Who hired her? Before I walked outta the salon I turned around and was still smiling at him. She's desperate, and probably a husband snatcher . Please do go to that salon if she's working there. Other than that my hair came out great thanks!

I'm appalled at the nursing staff here. No one has come to advise us of the patient's diet, length of stay, etc... since she was brought to the hospital room. We've asked several times for assistance and have been given the brush off. I'm going to have to do some research to find out who an offi…
You could edit it and state this: I would not recommend the Color Bar for this reason. I went in to fix what was done the day before and after 6 1/2 hrs the color was worse than it started out. Wanted brown and now it’s orange. It was over priced and the staffs customer service was below par. I will not be returning!
Everyone was welcoming, professional, and enjoyable to be with. Mari did an amazing job! I was so overwhelmed with the difference in my look after a haircut and then floored after the color. She explained everything and took her time to make it an awesome experience. My husband really liked it and said she did a great job!! Thanks Mari!!
My experience was horrible. I went to get highlights in my hair showed the owner the picture of how i wanted it when she finished i had less highlights then i had before she said that it would lighten up once it dried when it didnt i called she said she could put more but call before i come every time i called she wouldnt answer but i called from my husbands phone and got a answer. She charged me $148 so its not like i just paid $40 or $50 and making a big deal. This has been the woarst experience ive had at a salon I will never come back to this place.
I love this church may God's power always by there to bless his people and welcome the list and hurting.
I needed to write and express my gratitude to my new hair dresser Josh. He is amazing at what he does, he's caring, concerning of your needs, patient, everything you need and some in your hair dresser. I can't put into words this is the least I can say. I'm completely satisfied, I was torn when I first went in to Bella Bella salon, fear , etc. bc of my hair that's I had been dissatisfied with. Going in right away felt so right atmosphere, the people are helping and caring as well. I would highly recommend the entire city to turn to Bella bella salon(Josh) number 1 ever had.
This hair salon is awesome. Use GPS. The owner is friendly and has decades of hairstyling experience on both men and women. She greeted me with a friendly smile and I sat down and waited her to finish the prior customer. Her salon art, magazines and nostalgia items made time go by fast. She asked me what hair color I wanted and how I wanted my hair colored. The price was reasonable, my hair felt wonderful, nice cut & color and I gave her a big tip for her expertise and cheerfulness.
I did not get what I asked for. Beatrice, my hair stylist, did not want to listen to me when I tried to tell her the lines were too harsh and the placement off. Stylist made many excuses and even told me that I did get what I wanted, as I tried to say I in fact, did not. She was very rude when I tried to explain what was most important to me, and had an "I already know" attitude. Ultimately, I did not get what I wanted, and when I told her my hair color was bothering me greatly, she was very rude in return, and told me she would tweak it, but if I did not like it after that, I would need to find another stylist. I agreed with her that I would look for someone else if I did not like the way she fixed it, and told her I would definitely like to get it fixed, and she told me not to contact her again. I sent her a photo of my hair before, after, and what we were aiming for. My hair before was clearly much more presentable, and it looks terrible now. She told me to curl it and then take a photo. The thing is, we talked about how I do not put heat on my hair, and how I needed a hairstyle that looks good naturally straight. This is why I tried to emphasize soft transitions in the first place. It is completely possible to make the hair color soft blayage rather than a straight/harsh line on my back. Over all, I am disgusted by my hair, and hurt by the way I was treated when I tried to tell her I did not like it.
So this was my first visit, the receptionist was nice. However, the lady I got to cut my hair was SO rude! For starters , she cut my hair dirty and dry. When I tried to tell her that it needed to be washed or wetted,or talking to her at all really ,she ignored me,talked OVER me and blindly chopped at my hair while looking at a co-workers(?) Phone. When I called ahead of time and asked, I was told wash cut style all 40$. So when I'm still paying 40$ for no wash, an awful cut (with awful attitude) and a style that I didn't ask for, I'm sure anyone would be pretty irritated. The rest of the stylists aren't all like that, probably.(Hopefully) But I definitely won't be coming back.
I'm appalled at the nursing staff here. No one has come to advise us of the patient's diet, length of stay, etc... since she was brought to the hospital room. We've asked several times for assistance and have been given the brush off. I'm going to have to do some research to find out who an official complaint can be made to. While I understand that nurses are overworked, that's no excuse for poor patient care. The rooms are dirty (to the point that you can't even see outside the windows are that dirty), the paint on the wall is chipped, and the squeeky bathroom door is pretty bad. In all honesty, the rooms are beyond outdated. There are also signs advising patients to remind the hospital staff to wash their hands before they administer any tests. Idk about you, but I don't think I should have to tell hospital staff to wash their hands. They should know that already.I'm just saddened that we're forced to be here and I hope that future patients get better treatment. PS: If you are the medical POA for your parent, do not let them make decisions without your consent. If you can avoid this place, do so. Run far far away. :(
