Was craving a cheesecake found this place in the yp bought a sampler cheesecake and loved them all. Definitely going back. Best cheesecake I've had in a long time...
The best cakes I have ever gotten!! The signature icing is even better than I have ever tasted in icing. I ordered a 3-D dinosaur and was amazed and the level of detail so realistic!! I have been back for every cake ever since then. I recommend everyone I know to this bakery not only for the delicious cake and icing but for the artistic creations you get for your special occasion. The owner and staff truly Care about your experience and occasion as if it was there own. Thank you so much for making each of my special moments in life that much greater!
Very suspicious that this page has good reviews only! Not very realistic. But here is my honest review! She must have had a bad day when my cake was done!Ordered for my sons 3. Birthday a dark chocolate cake topped with buttercream and a strawberry filling! Paid $55 dollars plus $5 extra for the filling. Unfortunately I did not receive what I ordered or expected!!The cake had NO filling and it had a very sugary icing on top that overpowered the cake.No butter cream like I ordered! It was exactly what I didn't wanted!!!Went next day back to give the owner a feedback. She said she doesn't back the cake, she has a baker that bakes it and she does the decoration only. She She refunded me ONLY the 5 dollars back for the not existing filling and claims that the topping is a buttercream. Im over all very disappointed because I exacted more for $65. The cake did not look or taste any different than a HEB cake.
this place is so yummy! Everything here is great an has big porportions. My favorite is the stuffed avacado. if you dont go durring the weekend rush, the service is good. Best part is after your meal you can go over to the bakery for dessert!
Always my favorite place for cakes. Designs are awesome
I entered a empty store to see three employees. Not one of them looked at me or said a word. As returned from washing my hands two customers had just left the counter. I sat and watched the cashier counting her whole register and never say a word. As I was leaving she said sorry to me. I love Cinnabon but the service for me was horrible.
I can't get enough of this place. If you are used to Tex-mex food you may not like it. If you like home style authentic Mexican food then this is your place. Their Calais are amazing with home made corn tortillas. Very clean and friendly people.
My first mistake was going there. The wait was ten minutes to even have a waitress bring a menu. Then to get the hard, under seasoned garlic bread that they make from the bread they don't sell, I asked three times. Then I asked three times for my queso and chips and got a cheese soup with no flavor and old, hard greasy fried flour tortilla chips ( no doubt made from the tortillas they don't sell). After waiting too long and watching 4 tables walk out before being acknowledged, much less served, we got our food. The shrimp enchiladas were in stale flour tortillas, the charro beans had no seasoning, and my burger was not as ordered. Before that, we had to ask for silverware and napkins and refills by flagging down our server as she was just standing around looking shell shocked. My burger had no avocado, was over cooked and could have been a hickey puck and the fries were scant and dripping in grease so they were not edible. When I tried to get the mayonnaise I had asked for when I ordered, the waitress came back and said they LOST the mayo. I sat there for a moment wondering if I heard her and then decided this was it. I has been tortured enough. I had either been punked or had just sat down at the absolute worst Mexican restaurant in town. And, since Kutcher never jumped out we got up and complained to the server only to have the manager act like he was doing us a favor taking the uneaten burger off the bill. When, in reality, the barely touched shrimp nastyladas should have been removed as well. Or, the whole meal comped and an apology given. This place is so concerned about pinching pennies they fail to provide a decent meal. They are too cheap to put out chips and salsa, as is the norm, too cheap to put more than a tiny speck of garlic butter on the stale bread u have to beg for, too cheap to buy mayo for your burgers, too cheap to serve corn tortilla chips with your queso( that u pay for), instead giving u their leftover baked goods fried in grease so cold that the flour tortillas soak it up like a sponge, too cheap to hire enough wait staff, too cheap to put towels in the bathroom ( we watched man after man walk out of the banos with dripping hands) and too cheap to run a restaurant. They will pinch those two pennies at the expense of the other ninety- eight and never have a dollar to show for their troubles when they go out of business. And, at the rate they are going, that will be soon.
The service was horrible!! I felt as if he (the employee) didn't want to help us. When we asked questions about the cupcakes (since it was our first time there) it was as if we were bothering him. He was so eager to get back to his laptop. I will never go back there again. The cupcakes were overpriced and dry.
