I signed a voluntary repo agreement and they treated it as involuntary. They came during the night like cowardly thieves and took it without notice, stealing my wife's purse with her drivers license and debit card in it and my grandson's car seat.
Not a trusting place they have an employee with Ramiro Ramirez Jr who just wants your money and gives you the run arounds on returning your money after a bad deal.

My experience at CC Volkswagen has always been good, everyone is always polite and knowledgeable about the product and get work out in timely manner. The cost is the biggest reason I don't take my vehicle there more, at Volkswagen to replace my headliner that was falling down quoted cost 1000$ and at upholstery shop cost 300$, you guess where I had work done.
Called with a mechanical problem, they took the car as a walkin opt. and had it out the same day. Keys were waiting for us after the service department was closed.
