Our sister community, Villa of Corpus Christi Northwest is a private pay Assisted Living Community that also accepts CBA/CCAD state-funded-programs. Business History

Executive Director Donna Howland has extensive experience working with seniors. She has a 911 approach to assisted seniors and their families to find the best solution for their particular needs, at Villa South or at other facilities. Donna works closely with the Alzheimer's Association, providing training to staff on how to work with residents with dementia. As a Nurse, Donna also does the assessments to evaluate those who want to reside at Villa South. An empathetic, caring leader, Donna oversees the Villa South campus. As a privately-owned business, Villa South is responsible for day-to-day management with support from its owners.
