They never deliver even the smallest items in the mailbox. They make you go to the office and receive the packages yourself. They do not deliver to your door because they are too lazy. Unprofessional, unethical and MUST BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP

I gave this place a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero. They never answer the phone and service is ridiculous. It would be better off closed.

bad service, never pick up phone, most attendants not polite. Have four registers, only open two at the time. Don't ever seeing all working at once.

Horrible. Why do the mail carriers get to decide what they put in your box and what they send back? I was literally told that if they don't think something goes to a certain address that they will send it back. Doesn't matter if you've changed your address, fill out a form at the post office AND put a note in the mail box. I would give less than one star of I could.

cresent office is full of retards- in other cities ive never had so many problems- its taken 3 weeks to get a key- every week same story - oh i dont see no note here- it will be done by the end of the day- yeh right! in the mean time their listening to music and planning vacations- as soon as anyone comes into the office - workers vanish- the post office use to be something you could be proud of- not today-
