this was a very good experience and I would recommend CIA to anyone buying a home. the information provided in the report was explained well ,very useful, and comprehensive such that I know details about the house that I would othewise never had known. code enforcment is iffy in Corpus so a good home inspection is important

CIA does a great job of covering all aspects of the inspection process. The reports are detailed with pictures and easy to understand but also very informative and to the point. After I worked with CIA for the first time, I haven't used another inspector to look out for my interests before buying or selling a property. I suggest CIA to my friends and clients.

This company takes their time inspecting homes and cares for their customers. We recently had them inspect a home we were about to purchase until we saw the report. The report went over everything you can imagine that should be inspected and more. It was very detailed and included pictures of things that needed attention to and also had suggestions as to what needed to be done to fix it. Their prices are great and well worth it! I will definitely use them in the future and suggest them to anyone needing a home inspection done. I am very pleased that they traveled to my area without any extra charge and came out and did the inspection the same day I made the apointment. Highly recommended! Great service and very friendly.
