Do Not Move Here. They have many vacancies because no one wants to live here. Don't fall for the 99 move in special, they lock you in and then treat you like garbage. Tenants have been reporting this for years.

I'm gonna make it real simple for you. If you like stink holes, maintenance doesn't fix nothing, just covers and rigs things to make it through the day, an office staff that constantly changes and pretends to care until, you sign the dotted line then, "all problems you have are your problems", and if you voice concern about your problems, then they will give you ugly looks, talk behind your back, and act if you are bothering them. Look at my pictures...this was from a year lease. The apts that are shown to you are models. Don't fall for it. Covered parking is extra, walls are extremely thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, good luck. This is the worst apt complex I have ever lived in, period. But hey, if this sounds like your dream place, go for it. Personally, I don't like stink holes.

Please do not go there very dirty. once they hook you they pay no attenion. The places filthy. laundry room have graffiti. Manager never available .

This place is trashy. I regret ever moving in. Don't be fooled by the leasing office and the pool area which is the only areas they keep up with. It's a waste money! They send letters saying how we are not to make the place look "ghetto" when it's looked like this since I've moved in. The whole management and maintenance is bad. The water messed up for more than 3 days for more than a couple of times. Toilet kept running and maintenance never fixed it. They painted over everything such as the shower tiles that are now caving in to make it look "brand new" which looks ugly, and is wrong for the price I pay. They also said we wouldn't have to pay anything else other than our electricity but we've been paying other pointless bills like sewage and garbage. I am really depressed on how long I've had to stay here.

This property is by far the worst apartment complex in Corpus Christi. There has not been a stable office staff since my stay here (9 months). The office staff is a joke with know work ethic knowledge, and the maintenance is worse. How worse, let me explain, they come in for a leak in the restroom and when they leave the handles to turn on the water are broken off and the leak comes back in two turns of the knobs. I had my father come and fix it and have had know problems since. But that is not the worst of it,my first night there I was terrified by the roach infestation inside of the apartments. When I spoke with a neighbor, they said that the whole building has the problem. He also said to be aware of the knats, oh and they came. They came from the dish washing machine. Apparently the dish washing machines have a problem with water staying stagnant inside after a wash and the knats come. There is a serious health code being over looked in these apartments. I have gone through 8 different neighbors since I have been here all of them complaining about the same things, roaches, knats, mold, water leaks, oh and let's not forget about the a/c problem folks. The a/c's here at this nasty location will work for about 2-3 weeks before all that's blowing is hot moldy smelling air. I am talking since I have lived here the a/c has been like that. If you work hard have kids and a family do not torture them by moving into this dump. I wish I could have read a review like this I would have never thought twice. This is the worst place, I mean I have seen third world living on tv better than this. Don't live here know matter how desperate the situation is, this place will surely make matters worse.
